The Crow Spring Collection of these Wildlife Sculptures start out as original woodcarvings, hand carved from solid Tupelo Gum, Basswood and Maple by carvers Sam Nottleman, Bill Stark, Jerry Eppel, Todd Pasche and Ray Windmiller. Casting molds for these Wildlife Sculptures are made from the originals and from these molds each sculpture is then hand cast. Depending on the type of Wildlife Sculpture, they use a variety of casting mediums to insure that every detail of the original Wildlife carving is captured. After casting, each Wildlife Sculpture is subject to many more meticulous operations including removing any seam lines or casting blemishes. After finishing the raw Wildlife Sculpture of all blemishes, the talented staff of artists individually hand paint each one, again making sure every detail of the finished original is passed on to each quality reproduction. Every step possible is taken to make the reproduction as true to life a possible. When the resin cast reproduction has passed all inspections, each piece is numbered and the Certificate of Authenticity is applied insuring each one will become a treasured family heirloom.
